After stretching, the pitchers start to work their PFP drills, with Coach McDonnell guiding you through different coaching points for each drill. There are a number of different PFP drills on display that cover ground balls around the entire infield, comebackers, pick offs, and more.

Coach McDonnell tries to keep his players competing as much as possible during practice. Everyday there is a team competition drill in order to instill that competitive mind set. The practice ends with a controled scrimmage, with different aspects of the game emphasized.

Any coach can use this DVD to get better. If there is one thing that you can take away from these practices and use in your own program . it is worth the investment.
